We are a family with a century-old tradition in the trade of high quality shoes in the Tuscan and Lucca markets. Our “Bot tega” occupies part of the ground floor, with its mezzanine, of the historic Palazzo Trenta, in via Fillungo, in the beating heart of the historic center of Lucca. This is one of the “palaces of power” in Lucca, the large palace of the family of the same name. Palazzo Trenta represented the most striking example of a new type of construction: instead of brick it had a stone cladding and replaced mullioned windows with large, close-set rectangular ones.
